People with the qualification listed below, make up the majority
of our staff but we do recruit people from all kinds of disciplines
– for example somebody with a mathematics degree joined our
Transport Teams as a Traffic Modeller!
We are a multidisciplinary consultancy so employ people from a
variety of disciplines.
You don’t necessarily need a degree to work in
Capita Symonds, our trainee programmes have been designed for
school and college leavers.

Search to see what vacancies we currently have at your
preferred location. But remeber the more flexible you are in terms
of location, the easier it will be for you to find a suitable job.
There are occasions where we may be flexible on the location,
depending on the vacancy.
For vacancies displaying a closing date, we
will be in touch once the recruiting manager has had the
opportunity to review all applications.
In the case of speculative applications, we
will be in touch as soon as we have circulated your CV to the
relevant parts of the business and obtained feedback.

The majority of our vacancies are for
permanent positions; however we do sometimes require fixed term
employees to work on specific projects. If this is the case, it
will be outlined in the vacancy details.
Yes. If you have the necessary skills and
experience to meet the criteria specified in the vacancy details,
we would be pleased to hear from you. We have staff that are
experienced in dealing with work permit arrangements and can help
you with the application.
Nearly all of our vacancies are based in the
UK, although we do get opportunities to work overseas on particular
projects but these are limited. Please look at our job search page for all our

We provide a minimum holiday provision of
20 days, but this increases with length of service, and level of
experience.
